Nitro-fatty acids represent a new group of endogenous signaling molecules that are produced mainly by the organism's response to oxidative and nitrating stress, and their effect is associated with anti-inflammatory reactions. Nitrované mastné kyseliny představují novou skupinu endogenních signálních molekul, které jsou produkovány zejména odpovědí organismu na oxidativní a nitrační stres a jejich efekt je spojován s protizánětlivými reakcemi.
