The Impact of Client Adviser for the Image of the Bank
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce, zaměřené na „Vliv práce klientského pracovníka na image banky “, bylo pojmout toto téma z všeobecného hlediska. Představit a objasnit detailně celý průběh v jednotlivých bodech. Podrobně se seznámit s kompletním procesem, který předchází samotnému pozitivnímu, či negativnímu dopadu jednání klientského poradce na klienta.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis "The influence of the client staff on the image of the bank" was to conceive the topic in general. At the same time the work presents in detail the whole process preceding the positive or negative impact of client staff's actions on the client.
