Práce se věnuje slaďování profesních a rodičovských rolí v dvoukariérových manželstvích. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol a je oporou pro část empirickou. This thesis focuses on harmonizing the professional and family roles in dual-career marriages. The theoretical part is divided into four chapters and it is a pillar for the empirical part.
