Development and transformation of company education in glassworks in the 80s and 90s of the 20th century

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o podnikovém vzdělávání ve sklárnách v 80. a 90. letech 20. století. Na základě studia dobových dokumentů, historických novinových článků, studijních textů a odborné literatury je charakterizováno podnikové vzdělávání zaměstnanců před rokem 1989 a v 90. letech. Pozornost je zaměřena na hloubkové rozhovory s pamětníky ve sklárnách, na analýzu těchto rozhovorů, objasnění fungování vzdělávání v určitém podniku v 80. a 90. letech, jak se změnil přístup ke vzdělávání zaměstnanců ze strany podniků, zaměstnanců a státu. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na vysvětlení základních pojmů a na seznámení s problematikou. Pokusím se objasnit pojem vzdělávání dospělých, podnikové vzdělávání a přiblížit vývoj legislativy před rokem a po roce 1989. V empirické části poté představím výsledky výzkumu realizovaného pomocí hloubkových rozhovorů s pamětníky.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with corporate education in glassworks in the 80s and 90s of the 20th century. Based on the study of historical documents, historical newspaper articles, textbooks and scientific literature is characterized by a corporate employee education before 1989 and in the 1990s. Attention is focused on in-depth interviews with visitors in the glass, to analyze these interviews to clarify the functioning of education in the company in the 80s and 90s as they changed the approach to staff training by companies, employees and the state. In the theoretical part, I focused on explaining the basic concepts and getting acquainted with the problems. I will try to clarify the concept of adult education, corporate education and we will approchat the development of legislation before and after 1989. In the empirical part, I present the results of research realized through in-depth interviews with witnesses.
