Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice likvidace obchodní korporace z pohledu správce daně. Zabývá se její právní a daňovou úpravou a popisuje jednotlivé úkony správce daně vůči nečinným obchodním korporacím tak, aby došlo k jejich zrušení s likvidací a následným výmazem z obchodního rejstříku. The bachelor thesis focuses on the problematics of liquidating business corporations from the tax administrator's perspective. It deals with the legal and tax arrangements and describes the individual actions of the tax administrator in the face of idle business corporations, so as to liquidate and subsequently delete the corporation from the commercial register.
