Fungicidy jsou látky používané zpravidla k potlačení houbových patogenů, avšak potlačují i růst typicky pro rostliny prospěšné arbuskulární mykorhizy (AM). Abstract:
Fungicides are commonly used for suppression of fungal pathogens, but they have also negative impact on usually beneficial arbuscular mycorrhizae (AM). I used two fungicides differing by their mode of action, the ergosterol-biosynthesis inhibitor propiconazole and carbendazim, inhibitor of mitosis, in three different concentrations.
