Diplomová práce pojednává o obnově zastaralého strojního parku ve společnosti Zodiac Galleys Europe, s.r.o. Pro navržení nových strojů bylo potřeba analyzovat současný stav výrobního systému, definovat typické výrobky a zpracovat časové studie. This diploma thesis deals with the renewal of the obsolete machinery at Zodiac Galleys Europe, s.r.o. For proposal new machines, it was necessary to analyze the current state of the production system, define typical products and process time studies.
