Abstract:
Bakalářská práce na téma Motivace pracovního jednání nám poukazuje jak je důležitá motivace pro zvýšení výkonu zaměstnanců. V teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na vysvětlení základních pojmů, teorií motivace a různých koncepcí řízení. V empirické části na základě dotazníku zjišťujeme čím jsou zaměstnanci motivováni, co je pro ně důležité a co je vede k celkové spokojenosti. Získané údaje poslouží …more

The bachelor thesis "Motivation of working behavior" shows us importance of motivation for better employee performance. In the theoretical part, there are explained all basic terms, theories of motivation and different management concepts.
