Motivation and remuneration as tools for improving company performance

Abstract:

The main aim of the thesis will analyze the current state of the perception of motivation and reward in a sample of respondents working in the chosen company. Part of the ultimate goal of work will be necessary to define a research sample of respondents working in selected enterprise data sources, and ensure the implementation of research. The thesis is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter will be dismantled Human Resource management. In this chapter it will be a characteristic of human resources, its main objectives and tasks, motivation and remuneration as the basis of human resource management in the enterprise. The second chapter of the research will be devoted to analyzing the current state of motivation and stimulation of employees in selected enterprises. This chapter of the thesis is the basis upon which we fill the main objective of the work. In drawing up the practical part the method used a standardized questionnaire. In the context of preparation of the questionnaire it is necessary to determine the base survey sample of respondents on the basis of which they obtained basic data required both to carry out the research part of the work and also to provide suggestions and recommendations for practice. Abstract:

Hlavným cieľom diplomovej práce bude analyzovať súčasný stav vnímania motivácie a odmeňovania na vybranej vzorke respondentov pracujúcich vo vybranom podniku. Súčasťou naplnenia hlavného cieľa práce bude potrebné zadefinovať výskumnú vzorku respondentov pracujúcich vo vybranom podniku a zabezpečiť zdroje dát realizáciu výskumu. Diplomová práca je rozdelená do troch kapitol. V prvej kapitole bude rozobraná problematika riadenia ľudských zdrojov. V rámci tejto kapitoly pôjde o charakteristiku riadenia ľudských zdrojov, jeho hlavných cieľov a úloh, motivácie a odmeňovania ako základ riadenia ľudských zdrojov v podniku. Druhá kapitola bude venovaná realizovaniu výskumu analyzovania súčasného stavu motivácie a stimulácie zamestnancov vo vybranom podniku. Táto kapitola tvorí základ diplomovej práce, na základe ktorej naplníme hlavných cieľ práce. Pri vypracovaní praktickej časti práce použitá aj metóda štandardizovaného dotazníka. V rámci vypracovania dotazníka je potrebné určenia základe výskumnej vzorke respondentov, na základe čoho budú získané základe údaje potrebné jednak na vykonanie výskumnej časti práce a jednak na poskytnutie návrhov a odporúčaní pre prax.
