Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením kvality budovy a jejím vlivem na okolní klima. Posouzení je provedeno na objekt hasičské zbrojnice, navržené v rámci projektové tvorby magisterského studia. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou globálního oteplování, udržitelné výstavby, životním prostředím a městskými tepelnými ostrovy. Dále seznamuje s programem ENVI-met a metodikou GreenPass. Tyto informace jsou využity v aplikační části a slouží k posouzení vlivu objektu na okolní klima. Aplikační část seznamuje s projektem a její součástí je návrh několika variant na zlepšení okolí objektu, které jsou následně posuzovány programem ENVI—met. Aplikační část posuzuje jednotlivé mapy potencionálních teplot, rychlostí vzduchu a středních radiačních teplot v různých časech i výškách. Pro splnění cíle je řešený objekt porovnán s referenční stavbou sportovní haly. Varianty byly posouzeny a zvolena byla ta nejefektivnější z hlediska změn teplot a větru.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the quality of the building and its influence on the surrounding climate. The assessment is carried out on the object of the fire station, designed as part of the master's study project. The theoretical part deals with global warming, sustainable construction, the environment and urban heat islands. It also introduces the ENVI-met program and the GreenPass methodology. This information is used in the application part and serves to assess the effect of the building on the surrounding climate. The application part introduces the project and includes the proposal of several variants to improve the surroundings of the building, which are subsequently assessed by the ENVI-met program. The application part assesses individual maps of potential temperatures, air speed and mean radiation temperatures at different times and heights. In order to meet the goals, the addressed object is compared with the reference building of the sports hall. Variants were assessed and the most effective in terms of temperature and wind changes was chosen.
