Modern diffraction technique, applications of x-rays for inorganic compounds analysis
Abstract:
Spracovanie literárnej rešerše na tému difrakčných metód a využitia rtg. žiarenia pre analýzu anorganických látok . Cielom experimentálnej časti práce bude analýza vplyvu absorpčných korekcií, parametrov merania a typu a kvality meraných kryštalických vzoriek na kvalitu výstupných dát rtg. štrukturnej analýzy.
Abstract:
The literature search will process the theme of difraction methods and the use of rtg. radiation for analysis of inorganic compounds. The experimental part will be the analysis of absortion correction, parameters of measurment and the type and the quality of the measured crystallical samples. The point is to study the influence on the quality of outcoming data rtg. structure analysis.
