Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá pohledem na současnou bankovní pobočku. Krátce pojednává o historii pobočky v českém prostředí po roce 1989. Dále se snaží analyzovat její důležitost, výhody a nevýhody vůči přímému bankovnictví, hlavně pak internetovému bankovnictví. To je zásadní část této práce, zjistit, zda bankovní pobočka bude i v budoucnu. Zda tedy bude spolupracovat s internetovými kanály komunikace. Nebo …more

This study concerns view of contemporary branch of bank. It shortly deals with history of bank branch in Czech environment after 1989. Further the study analyses its importance, advantages and disadvantages comparing direct banking - online banking in particular.
