Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce „Outsourcing z pohledu poskytovatele outsourcingu“ je analýza problémů a rizik spojených se zajišťováním distribučního systému vybraného poskytovatele outsourcingu komplexních logistických služeb pomocí analýzy realizovaných zakázek a návrh možností zlepšení efektivity a konkurenceschopnosti logistických služeb.
Abstract:
The subject of the thesis: “Outsourcing from the view of outsourcing provider” is an analysis of problems and risks connected to distribution system assuring of chosen comprehensive logistic service provider through the use of realized commission analysis and my suggestion of efficiency improvement possibilities and competitiveness of logistic service.
