Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na možnosti využití bakterií v biodegradaci kontaminantů životního prostředí. Teoretická část shrnuje obecné principy biodegradace a následně se zaměřuje na mikroorganismy, jenž se v procesu biodegradace uplatňují. This Bachelor thesis is focused on use of bacteria for biodegradation difficulty degradated of environment pollutants. Teoretical part of this theses describe basicaly biodegradation principles and characterisation of microorganism which are used for biodegradation.
