Diplomová práce se zabývá kvalitou potravin v České republice. Teoretická část práce obsahuje informace o kvalitě, obecných požadavcích na kvalitu a bezpečnosti potravin. V praktické části je uvedena problematika potravin na trhu v České republice. Je zde proveden kvantitativní výzkum formou dotazníku ke zjištění spotřebitelského vnímání kvality potravin. The diploma thesis deals with food quality in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part contains information on quality, general requirements for food quality and safety.
