The development of shared mobility in Europe

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá vývojem sdílené osobní přepravy v Evropě. Cílem této práce je pomocí analýzy provést komparaci sdílené mobility v evropských zemí, s důrazem na ride hailingové a car sharingové služby. Teoretická část definuje oblast sdílené ekonomiky, sdílené mobility, představuje jednotlivé modely a popisuje jednotlivé hnací síly. Zabývá se také přednostmi a negativy sdílené mobility. Praktická část obsahuje detailní deskripci geneze sdílené osobní přepravy v Evropě a dále samotnou komparaci. V rámci komparace je srovnáváno 10 evropských zemí se zaměřením na Českou republiku.

Abstract:

This thesis examines the development of shared mobility in Europe. The aim of this thesis is to make a comparison of shared mobility in European countries through analysis, with an emphasis on ride hailing and car sharing services. The theoretical part defines the field of sharing economy, shared mobility, introduces the different models and describes the different drivers. It also discusses the advantages and disadvantages of shared mobility. The practical part contains a detailed description of the genesis of sharing mobility in Europe and a comparison. The comparison compares 10 European countries and focuses on the position of the Czech Republic.
