Tématem diplomové práce je smlouva o dílo ve výstavbě z pohledu zhotovitele. Cílem je představit právní úpravu smlouvy o dílo ve výstavbě, poukázat na její podstatné charakteristiky, identifikovat pozitiva a negativa aktuální právní úpravy, a to jak z teoretického, tak i z praktického hlediska. The theme of this thesis is a contract for work under construction from the perspective of the contractor. The aim is to present the legal regulation of the contract for work in construction, to point out its essential characteristics, to identify the pros and cons of the current legal regulation, both from the theoretical and practical point of view.
