The influence of different ways of establishing cereal crops on their structure and yield

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pěstování pšenice ozimé po různých předplodinách. K pokusu byla využita zlepšující a zhoršující předplodina. Jako zlepšující předplodina byl použit jetel inkarnát a jako zhoršující ječmen jarní. Pokus probíhal na rodinné farmě v bramborářské výrobní oblasti. Práce se zaměřovala hlavně na strukturu porostu a jeho výnos, rostliny se pravidelně odebíraly, zjišťovala se jejich sušina, která se porovnávala, a v závěrečné fázi byl porovnán výnos a kvalitativní parametry zrna. V obou případech se ukázalo, že vhodnější předplodinou je jetel inkarnát, jelikož po něm byly rostliny větší, měly více klasů, pomaleji dozrávaly a zrno bylo lepší kvality.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of winter wheat cultivation after different precrops. Improving and deterioration precrops were used for the experiment. Crimson clover was used as an improving precrop and spring barley as a deteriorating precrop. The experiment took place on a family farm in a potato production area. The work focused mainly on stand structure and yield. Plants were regularly sampled, their dray matter was determined and compared, and in the final stage, yield and gain quality parameters were compared. In both cases, the crimson clover proved to be a more suitable precrop. The plants were larger, had more ears, matured more slowly and the grain was of better quality.
