Sekular trend in fitness development of school age children in the Jihomoravský region between 2015-2019

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci je přistoupeno k tématu sekulárních trendů tělesné zdatnosti dětí 2. stupně základních škol v Jihomoravském kraji. Nejprve je všeobecně a čistě teoreticky definována pohybová aktivita a pohybová činnost, charakteristika jedince školního věku, resp. jeho období před pubertou a období pubescence, motorická výkonnost a tělesná zdatnost, nejčastěji užívané motorické testy a sekulární trendy. Následně je uveden menší rozbor současných výzkumů a zahraničních studií v této oblasti, načež je ještě charakterizován Jihomoravský kraj coby podloží pro výzkumný vzorek. Ve výzkumné části práce se následně objevují příslušná data za tento kraj a u sledované cílové skupiny, načež jsou rozebrána, evaluována a komparována nejen v rámci celku, ale také s jiným současným výzkumem a jeho výsledky v této oblasti. Cílem práce přitom bylo zjistit odpovídající a převládající sekulární trend u výše zmiňované cílové skupiny a srovnat jej s jinými přibližně stejnými daty za to samé období z jiného českého kraje, přičemž byl vysledován ne zcela jednoznačný trend svědčící spíše o kolísavosti výsledků.

Abstract:

The Bachelor Thesis is focused on the topic of seculars trends of physical competence of children studying second grade of primary school in South Moravia. At first there are generally and theoretically difined motoric and physical activities, characteristic of a child in school age and mainly the period before and during the pubescence, motoric performance and physical cabability, the most often used motoric tests and secular´s trends. The Bachelor Thesis also contains a little analysis of curent researches and foreign studies in this area. There is the characteristics of South Moravia region as it´s the base for the research.The practical part of the Bachelor Thesis is focused on relevant data from this region of the monitored target group. It´s analyzed, evaluated and compared not only itself but also to a dirrerent current research and its results in this area. The aim of the thesis was to determine the corresponding and predominant secular trend in the above-mentioned target group and compare it with other approximately the same data for the same period from another Czech region, while a not entirely clear trend was observed, indicating more fluctuating results.
