Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na traumatické poranění páteře a míchy se zamerením na torakolumbální oblast. V obecné části je popsána anatomie, fyziologie páteře a míchy spolu s patofyziologií, která je způsobena míšní lézí. The bachelor’s thesis is focused on traumatic injury of spine and spinal chord, focusing on the thoracolumbar region. The general part deals with description of anatomy and physiology of spine and spinal chord together with pathophysiology caused by spinal chord lesions.
