Heart and cardiomyocytes in experimental animals
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je rešeršním souhrnem dostupné literatury o tématu srdce a kardiomyocytů u pokusných organizmů. Práce je zaměřena na srovnání srdce člověka s nejvíce využívanými pokusnými organizmy v srdečním výzkumu, kterými jsou Danio, myš, pes a prase. Srovnání bylo provedeno na úrovních morfologických, elektrofyziologických, fyziologických a metabolických.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is a review of available literature on the topic of heart and cardiomiocytes in experimental animals. The thesis is focused on the comparison of human heart with the mostcommon experimental organisms which are zebrafish, mouse, dog and pig. The comparison was made on morphological, electrophysiogical, physiological, and metabolical levels.
