Tato práce se zabývá ústavou v Evropské unii, a to především z teoretického a principiálního hlediska. V první části se věnuji evropskému konstitucionalismu a jeho zvláštnostem a vztahem k evropské integraci. The purpose of this thesis is to show that European Union has a constitution in a material sense. The first part of the thesis concerns European constitutionalism in connection with the European integration. The second part deals with the terms constitution and state.
