Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o trestněprávní odpovědnosti sportovců za úraz způsobený ve sportu. Je zde popsáno, jak české právní prostředí přistupuje k pojmu sport a také odpovězeno na otázku, zda právo musí zasahovat do světa sportu. This bachelor´s thesis deals with criminal liability of sportsmen for a sport-related injury. It contains a description of the approach of the Czech legal order towards the concept of sport and also deals with the question, whether law has to interfere into the world of sport.
