Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnuji genu mc1r, který je zásadní pro pigmentaci u lidí a jiných obratlovců. Tento gen kóduje receptor pro melanokortin 1 (MC1R), jehož varianty s redukovanou funkcí jsou asociovány s fenotypem ryšavých vlasů a bledé pleti u člověka, který lze označit jako rutilismus. Abstract:
In this thesis I research the mc1r gene, which is key for human and other vertebrates pigmentation. This gene encodes the melanocortin 1 receptor (MC1R) whose loss-of-function variants are associated with human red hair and pale skin phenotype which can be denoted as rutilism.
