Criminalistic-Tactical method of interrogation - history and the present situation

Abstract:

Kriminalisticko-taktická metoda: výslech – historie a současnost pojednává o jedné z nejdůležitějších metod kriminalistické taktiky, jíž je výslech. Hlavním cílem práce je poukázat na dlouhodobý vývoj výslechu a jasně vysvětlit hlavní aspekty této metody. Práce je z velké části zaměřena na komparace z hlediska historie výslechu a definic výslechu. Detailně jsou popsány základní pojmy, fáze a specifika výslechu. V závěrečné části jsou rozebrány jednotlivé druhy výslechu a popis výslechových místností a jejich vývoj.

Abstract:

Criminalistic-Tactical methods of interrogation – history and the present situation. The thesis deals with one of the most important methods of forensic science tactics, which is interrogation. The main objective of the thesis was to highlight the long-term development of the interrogation and clearly explain the main aspects of this method. The thesis was largely focused on comparison in terms of the history of questioning and the definiton of interrogation. The basic concepts, phases and specifics of questioning were described in details. In the final part various types of interrogation and the description of the interrogation rooms and their development were presented.
