Tax evasion and fraud on Value Added Tax
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na problematiku daňových úniků a podvodů na dani z přidané hodnoty. Pomocí analýzy implementace novelizací zákona v letech 2013 až 2015 se zaměřením na boj proti daňovým únikům a podvodům, identifikuje institut nespolehlivého plátce. Navrhuje postup pro plátce daně z přidané hodnoty k ověření spolehlivosti obchodního partnera.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is focused on a tax evasion and a fraud on value added tax. Using analysis of the implementation of amendments to the Act in the years from 2013 to 2015 aimed at combating the tax evasion and the fraud, the institute identifies an unreliable payer. Proposes a procedure for payers of value added tax to verify the reliability of a business partner.
