Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice domácího násilí se zaměřením na pachatele domácího násilí a důsledky spáchání násilného činu na jejich život. V teoretické části této bakalářské práce je definován pojem domácího násilí a mýty o něm. Dále se teoretická část velmi okrajově zabývá oběťmi domácího násilí. Velká část teoretické části je věnována pachatelům domácího násilí, programům pro pachatele domácího násilí a právní úpravě této problematiky. V praktické části je uvedena kazuistika a rozhovor s pachatelem domácího násilí s cílem přiblížit čtenářům pohled pachatele na jeho násilný čin a na důsledky spáchání násilného činu.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issue of domestic violence with a focus on perpetrators of domestic violence and the consequences of committing a violent crime on thein lives. In the theoretical part of this work is to define the term domestic violence and the myths about him. Furthermore the theoretical part deals with perpetrators of domestic violence programs for perpetrators of domestic violence and legislativ on this issue. The practical part includes a case study and interwiews with perpetrators of domestic violence in order to make revers look for the perpetrators of violence and the consequences of committing a violent crime.
