Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o úrazech u dětí do tří let v závislosti na jejich psychomotorickém vývoji. Hlavním cílem je analýza znalostí primipar a multipar v prevenci úrazů u dětí do tří let. Dílčími cíli jsou: znalost nejčastějších úrazů u dětí do tří let v závislosti na psychomotorickém vývoji, zjištění postoje žen k prevenci úrazů, jejich znalost první pomoci a srovnání poznatků o úrazech dětí do tří let mezi primiparami a multiparami. Výzkumná část týkající se zjištění úrovně znalostí u žen po porodu, které byly rozděleny na primipary a multipary, proběhla metodou řízeného rozhovoru. Ženám na oddělení šestinedělí byly s jejich souhlasem položeny otázky, na které odpovídaly dle stavu svých znalostí. Výsledkem je dílčí znalost o první pomoci, v ještě menší míře o úrazech. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsou fáze psychomotorického vývoje u dítěte do tří let individuální, vícerodičky se řídily zkušenostmi s předešlými potomky. Závěrem lze konstatovat, že v této oblasti by se mohlo edukovat více o úrazech, prevenci i první pomoci a v závislosti na psychomotorickém vývoji a adekvátní péči o dítě.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on injuries of children aged 0 -3 in connection with their psychomotor development. The aim is to analyse the knowledge of primigravidas and multigravidas about prevention of injuries of children under three years old. The individual aims are: knowledge of the most frequent injuries of children aged 0 -3 in connection with their psychomotor development, women's attitude to injury prevention, their knowledge of giving first aid and a comparison of findings on child injures (0 -3 years old) between primigravidas and multigravidas. The research part of the thesis is a controlled interview which brings information about the level of knowledge of women after giving birth. These women are divided into primigravidas and multigravidas. Mothers in post-partum period were, with their consent, asked questions. They answered the questions according to their knowledge. The results are that the women are little familiar with giving first aid in individual phases of children’s development. Given the fact the psychomotoric development of children aged 0 -3 is individual, multigravidas follow previous experience with children. The final conclusion is that more education should be given on injuries, prevention and the first aid in connection with psychomotor development and adequate child care.
