Cloning, expression and isolation of Bacterioferritin A from E. coli and its use for production of chemical catalyst
Abstract:
Bacterioferritins (Bfrs) accumulate iron and contain large inner cavity, which can serve for encapsulation of drugs and metallic nanoparticles. This thesis is focused on isolation of bacterioferritin and preparation of complex of bacterioferritin with palladium catalysts, and verification of its catalytic activity.
Abstract:
Baktérioferritíny (Bfr) akumulujú železo a obsahujú veľkú vnútornú kavitu, ktorá môže slúžit k enkapsulácií liečiv alebo kovových nanočastíc. Táto práca sa zaoberá izoláciou baktérioferritínu a prípravou komplexu baktérioferritínu s paládiovými katalyzátormi a overením ich katalytickej aktivity.
