Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce jsou převodní ceny v podnikové praxi. Práce vymezuje základní charakteristiku a legislativu v převodních cenách. Stejně tak práce popisuje sestavení funkční a rizikové analýzy, využití metod a další dílčí úkony pro dodržení principu tržního odstupu. Kontrol zaměřených na převodní ceny čím dál více v České republice přibývá, jak vyplívá z dat ministerstva financí, jelikož si daňové správy uvědomují, že tato problematika může být často využívána ke krácení daní. Z tohoto důvodu má práce za cíl popsat potřebné podklady, které jsou využívány pro tvorbu dokumentace k převodním cenám.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on transfer pricing in business practice. The thesis defines the basic characteristics and legislation in transfer pricing. Also the thesis describe functional and risk analysis, the use of methods and other partial actions needed to comply the arm’s lenght principle. In the Czech Republic the number of controls focused on transfer pricing is increasing, according to data from ministry of finance. The tax administrations relize that this area can often be used to reduce taxes. For this reason, the thesis aims to describe the neceséry documents that are used for the transfer pricing documentation.
