Effectiveness of the use of microbial products on grapevine saplings

Abstract:

V literární části práce je popsán vliv přípravků s mikrobiálním složením na rostliny. Jsou uvedeny pozitivní účinky, které přirozeně stimulují rostlinu a její metabolismus k vyšší vitalitě, plodnosti a v boji proti houbovým chorobám a abiotickým stresům. V praktické části se ověřovala účinnost vybraných biostimulantů na sazenice révy vinné, které byly vytvořené z řízků a umístěné do kontejnerů ve venkovním prostředí s automatickou závlahou. Sazenice Ryzlinku rýnského a Hibernalu byly sledovány v průběhu dvou měsíců ve třech termínech. V jednotlivých termínech jim byla změřena délka prýtů a došlo k vizuální kontrole zdravotního stavu rostlin. V posledním termínu byl navíc zhodnocen kořenový systém sazenic. Výsledek v statistickém hodnocení nepřinesl významné rozdíly mezi výškou prýtů Kontroly a variant s biostimulanty. Během pokusu byly rostliny napadené houbovými patogeny a jejich zdravotní stav se zhoršoval. Biostimulanty pozitivně neovlivnily zdravotní stav rostlin. Pozitivní výsledek přinesla kontrola kořenového systému, kdy varianta přípravku Weiki měla viditelně kvalitnější kořenový systém než ostatní varianty.

Abstract:

In the literature part of the thesis the effect of products with microbial composition on plants is described. Positive effects that naturally stimulate the plant and its metabolism to higher vitality, fertility and in the fight against fungal diseases and abiotic stresses are pre-sented. In the practical part, the efficacy of selected biostimulants was verified on grapevi-ne saplings that were formed from cuttings and placed in containers in an outdoor envi-ronment with automatic irrigation. Riesling and Hibernal saplings were monitored over a period of two months on three dates. At each date, the length of the tillers was measured and the health of the plants was visually checked. In addition, the root system of the saplings was assessed on the last date. The result in the statistical evaluation did not show significant differences between the height of the Control and the variants with biostimu-lants. During the experiment, the plants were attacked by fungal pathogens and their he-alth deteriorated. Biostimulants did not positively affect the health status of the plants. A positive result was obtained from the root system control, where the Weiki variant had a visibly better root system than the other variants.
