Lifestyle patients with dialysis

Abstract:

Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit rozdíly v životním stylu pacienta s peritoneální dialýzou a pacienta s hemodialýzou. Metodika: Zpracování 2 kazuistik. Jedná se o komplexní kazuistiku ženy s peritoneální dialýzou a komplexní kazuistiku muže na hemodialýze. Je zde zahrnuta anamnéza, katamnéza a interpretace výsledků. Výsledky: Zjistila jsem, že pacienti s peritoneální dialýzou mají větší odpovědnost za správně provedenou dialýzu. Mohou vykonávat svoje zaměstnání a mohou cestovat kamkoliv. Nemají omezeny tekutiny. Jsou nezávislí na přístroji. Jsou samostatnější a soběstačnější. Nemusí tak často navštěvovat nemocniční zařízení. Nevýhodou peritoneální dialýzy je, že se klient musí dialýze několikrát denně věnovat, nemůže se koupat ve vaně ani v přírodních vodách. Klienti s hemodialýzou jsou v plném invalidním důchodě. Musí mít cévní přístup, který je spojený s rizikem infekce. Má omezené tekutiny a močí menší množství moče než pacienti s peritoneální dialýzou. Pacient se ze začátku bál vpichů hrubou dialyzační jehlou. Výhodou hemodialýzy je, že pacient nemusí brát veškerou odpovědnost, tu přebírá zdravotnický personál. Ve dnech, kdy nemusí na hemodialýzu, si může od dialýzy odpočinout. Během dialýzy si mohou popovídat s ostatními pacienty a vyměnit si vlastní zkušenosti. Závěr: Hlavní rozdíly v životním stylu pacientů jsou v dietním omezení, odpovědnosti a soběstačnosti pacienta, omezením tekutin, v závislosti na přístroji, v cévním přístupu.

Abstract:

Objective: The aim of thesis is to identify differences in lifestyle patient with peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis patient. Methodology: Treatment of 2 case reports. This is a comprehensive case reports of women with peritoneal dialysis and comprehensive case reports on the men hemodialysis. It included history, katamnéza and interpretation of results. Results: I found that patients with peritoneal dialysis have a greater responsibility for the correct execution of dialysis. They perform their job and can travel anywhere. They have limited liquid. They are independent of the device. They are independent and self. You may not as often attend hospital facilities. The disadvantage of peritoneal dialysis is that the client must be given to dialysis several times a day, not to bathe in the bath or in natural waters. Clients with hemodialysis in full disability pension. They must have a vascular access, which is associated with risk of infection. He has limited liquid and smaller quantities of urine than patients with peritoneal dialysis. The patient is afraid of the beginning of the gross injection needle dialysis. Hemodialysis advantage is that the patient does not need to take full responsibility, assume the medical staff. In the days when not on hemodialysis may rest from dialysis. During dialysis can chat with other patients and to exchange experience. Conclusion: The main differences in the lifestyles of patients in the diet restrictions, responsibility and self-sufficiency patient, fluid restriction, depending on the device in the vascular access.
