V předkládané diplomové práci je zmapována současná situace z pohledu možné diskriminace klientů u vybraných pojistných produktů v závislosti na změně z roku 2012 z rozhodnutí Evropského soudního dvoru o povinnosti stanovovat shodné sazby na základě pohlavní identity. In this thesis is to map the current situation in view of possible discrimination against clients in selected insurance products in response to the change of the 2012 decision of the European Court of Justice on the obligation to set the same rates based on gender identity.
