Abstract:
Tato práce si klade za cíl určení cenových determinant nově dokončených rezidenčních nemovitostí v Šanghaji. Nejprve je popsána historie a současnost trhu nemovitostí v ČLR a v Šanghaji. Jsou charakterizovány strukturální problémy, trendy, a možný budoucí vývoj této oblasti ekonomiky. This thesis studies the price determinants of newly developed residential buildings in Shanghai. It introduces the history and present of real estate market in PRC and Shanghai.
