Abstract:
This work aims to identify the role of oxidative stress in the progress of oocyte ageing in African catfish Clarias gariepinus by measuring the levels of thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) and carbonyls as indicators of lipid oxidation and protein oxidation respectively using spectrophotometric assays.Abstract:
