Violation of a Trading Company's Trade Secret
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou porušení obchodního tajemství. V první kapitole se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmu obchodní tajemství, jeho vznik a zánik V další kapitole je rozebíráno obchodní tajemství v rámci nekalé soutěže a jsou zmíněny nástroje právní ochrany. V poslední části práce jsou rozebrány tři judikáty, jenž se se dotýkají obchodního tajemství.
Abstract:
This bachelor's diploma thesis deals with the violation of a trade secret. The first chapter provides a definition of the term 'trade secret', its formation and termination. The following chapter analyses trade secrets within the context of unfair business practices and mentions legal remedies. The last part of the thesis focuses on three judgments concerning a trade secret.
