The Role of Dispatching in Providing Road Transportation of an Object in the Company OLTRANS DOSTÁL s.r.o.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje význam dispečinku při zajišťování silniční přepravy věci ve společnosti OLTRANS DOSTÁL s.r.o. První kapitola obsahuje historii a současnost, vozový park, organizační strukturu, smlouvy, úmluvy a nákladní listy, které jsou ve společnosti běžně užívané. Kapitola dále obsahuje náplň práce a význam dispečinku mezinárodní kamionové dopravy, používané informační systémy a internetové aplikace a na závěr je provedena SWOT analýza. Ve druhé kapitole, na základě předchozích analýz, se práce věnuje návrhům pro zlepšení současného stavu dispečinku ve společnosti OLTRANS DOSTÁL s.r.o. Je navrženo pořízení informačního systému Webdispečink, navýšení počtu řidičů, aktualizace a zlepšení webových stránek, jazykové kurzy pro dispečink, nahrazení starých tahačů za nové a pořízení nových palubních jednotek Telepass. Ve třetí kapitole autor hodnotí všechna navrhovaná řešení.

Abstract:

This thesis analyses the importance of dispatching in ensuring road transport of goods in the company OLTRANS DOSTÁL s.r.o. The first chapter contains the history and the current status, details of the vehicle fleet, organisational structure, contracts, conventions and international consignment notes, which are commonly used in the company. This chapter also contains the content of the dispatcher's work and the importance of dispatching of international truck transport, information systems and internet applications used, and finally, it includes the SWOT analysis. The second chapter of the thesis, on the basis of previous analyses, is devoted to proposals for improving the current outcomes of dispatching in the company OLTRANS DOSTÁL s.r.o. The acquisition is proposed of the information system Webdispečink, as well as an increase in the number of drivers, to update and improve websites, language courses for dispatching, the replacement of the old vehicles with new ones and the acquisition of new on-board units Telepass. In the third chapter, the author evaluates all of proposed solutions.
