Mobility of students - programs and their perception and implementation

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá primárně mobilitou studentů. První část práce je věnována tématice migrace a vzdělání. Vzdělání je v dnešní době čím dál tím více ceněné a díky migraci mohou studenti dosáhnout kvalitnějšího vzdělání a mohou poznat, jak fungují vzdělávací instituce v jiných zemích. Hlavní část práce je věnována studentské mobilitě a programu Erasmus, který umožňuje studentům být mobilní. Cílem této práce je ukázat, jak program Erasmus funguje a jak je naplňován studenty. Dále pak, jaké motivy vedly studenty, aby se programu Erasmus zúčastnili. Data byla zjišťována pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, které byly vedeny s deseti respondenty. V poslední části práci je uvedena analýza dat a závěry.

Abstract:

This thesis primarily concerns with student mobility. The first part is devoted to the topic of migration and education. Education is increasingly appreciated today and thanks to the migration of students, they can achieve better education and learn how educational institutions in other countries work. The main part is devoted to student mobility and Erasmus, which allows students to be mobile. The aim of this thesis is to show how the Erasmus program works and how are students fulfilled. Furthermore, what motives led the students to participate in the Erasmus program. Data were found out by using semi-structured interviews, which were conducted with ten respondents. The last part is an analysis of data and conclusions.
