Reconstruction and Modernization of Buildings and its Influence on Market Value
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První - teoretická část se zaměřuje na rekonstrukce a modernizace staveb a její vliv na tržní hodnotu nemovitostí. Druhá - praktická, část obsahuje tržní ocenění bytové jednotky na Praze 4 a tržní ocenění bytového domu na Praze 10. Ve třetí, závěrečné části jsem zpracovala analýzu trhu nemovitostí v městské části Prahy 1.
Abstract:
This Bachelor Theses has been divided into three parts. First theoretic part focuses on the reconstruction and modernization of buildings and its influence on Market Value. Second - working part includes valuation report of apartment in Prague 4 and valuation report of tenement house in Prague 10. Third - final part includes Analyse of the real estate market in Prague 1.
