Individual planning in program Training of skills for children with ADHD

Abstract:

Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak a jakými technikami nyní sociální pracovníci stanovují cíle do programu Trénink dovedností pro děti s ADHD v rámci individuální plánování s klienty. V teoretické části jsem představila program Trénink dovedností pro děti s ADHD (TreDo) – jeho cílovou skupinu, metodiku a specifika. Dále jsem představila typ ideálního pracovníka programu dle typologie Banks (1995) a Musila (2008) s ohledem na specifika, která musí ideální pracovník programu mít. Popsala jsem koncept individuálního plánování a jeho proces v dané organizaci, představila techniky stanovování cílů spolupráce. Objasnila jsem také problematiku participace dětí s ADHD v sociálních službách s ohledem na jejich specifika. Na základě teoretických poznatků jsem zformulovala výzkumné otázky. Odpovědi na výzkumné otázky jsem získala pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pracovnicemi programu a dotazníků pro děti. Závěrečnou část věnuji zhodnocení zjištění z rozhovorů a doporučením, které z nich vyplývají. Na základě těchto informací jsem se pokusila popsat, jak a jakými technikami nyní sociální pracovníci stanovují cíle do programu Trénink dovedností pro děti s ADHD v rámci individuální plánování s klienty. Abstract:

The goal of the thesis was to find out how and by which techniques the social workers set goals nowadays to the program Training of skills for children with ADHD within individual planning with clients. In the theoretical part I introduced program Training of skills for children with ADHD (TreDo) – It´s target group, methodics and specifics. Then I presented the ideal type of worker of program according to typology of Banks (1995) and Musil (2008) Having regard to the specifics, which the ideal worker must have. I described the concept of individual planning and its process in the organization, I introduced the techniques of setting goals of cooperation, clarified the issue of children parcitipace with ADHD in social services with regard to their specificities. On the basis of theoretical knowledge I have formulated research questions. Answers to research questions I got through semi-structured interviews with workers and questionnaires for children. The final part is devoted to evaluation findings interview and recommendations arising from them. Based on this information, I tried to describe how and by which techniques the social workers set goals nowadays to the program Training of skills for children with ADHD within individual planning with clients.
