Abstract:
Cílem předložené habilitační práce je poukázat na vliv odvětví a jeho charakteristik na odlišnosti rodinného a nerodinného podnikání. V rámci mého působení v akademické sféře jsem měla možnost uvedené druhy podniků mezioborově komparovat. The presented habilitation thesis aims to point out the influence of industry and its characteristics on the differences between family and non-family businesses. Due to my practice in the academic sphere, I have had an opportunity to observe different types of businesses and to make the interdepartmental comparison.
