Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na teoretické ukotvení rodičovských kompetencí u novorozených dětí až po děti předškolního věku, kdy rodiče uspokojují potřeby svého dítěte, zajišťují jeho náležitý rozvoj, příznivý vývoj a dostatečnou výchovu, příslušnou jeho věku a vývoji. Součástí práce je aplikační část, která formou metodické příručky práce uvádí metody, jak sociální pracovníci pracující s rodinami a dětmi mohou rodičům pomoci v nejasných či problémových situacích, které jsou pro výchovu dítěte významné. Teoretická část v první kapitole vymezuje obecné pojetí pojmu kompetence, rodičovských kompetencí a popis rodičovství v kontextu rodiny. V druhé kapitole se zaobírá vývojem dítěte, a to od těhotenství až po předškolní věk. V třetí kapitole definuje všechny potřeby dítěte v dané životní etapě a objasňuje základní dovednosti rodiče ve výchově a rozvoji dítěte, které jsou socializace dítěte, rodičovská autorita, denní režim a obecné rizikové faktory ovlivňující výchovu, kdy se rodiče dopouští chyb. Také znázorňuje dovednosti a schopnosti dítěte, které sumarizuje mateřská škola ve Spojených státech amerických a v České republice. A nakonec vyjadřuje důležitost situace, kdy má dítě nastoupit do základní školy. V poslední, čtvrté kapitole teoretické části se zajímá o projekt ?Včasná péče?, která je umožněna rodinám ze sociálně vyloučeného a/nebo kulturně odlišného prostředí potřebující speciální podporu. Praktická část rozděluje kompetence rodičů do pěti kapitol, které se zaměřují na uspokojování základních potřeb dítěte, rodinné a sociální vztahy, zajištění bezpečí a ochrany, zájem o dítě a jeho identitu a sebereflexe rodiče.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the theoretical point parental competences in newborn babies of to preschoolers, where parents meet the needs of their child, ensure its appropriate expansion, a positive development and an adequate education, relevant to his age and development. Part of this work is part of the application, which a way methodical work gives methods on how social workers working with families and children can help parents in unclear or problematic situations that are important for the child's upbringing. The theoretical part of the first chapter defines the general concept of the concept of competence, parental competencies and parenting description in the context of the family. The second chapter deals with child development, from pregnancy to preschool age. In the third chapter defines all the needs of the child in this stage of life and explains the basic skills of parents in the upbringing and development of the child, which is a child's socialization, parental authority, daily regime and of general risk factors affecting education, where parents makes mistakes. It also shows the skills and abilities of the child, which summarizes kindergarten in the United States and the Czech Republic. And in the end expresses the importance of a situation where the child has to take a primary school. In finally, at the fourth of the theoretical part is interested in the project "Early Care", which is made possible by families from socially excluded and/or culturally different environments needing special support. The practical part parental competencies divides into five chapters, wich focus on meeting the basic needs of the child, family and social relationships, ensuring safety and protection of, and interest in the child's identity and self parent.
