Tenancy of the Enterprise

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje staronovému institutu pachtu, jež byl do našeho právního řádu vrácen zákonem č. 89/2012 Sb. občanský zákoník. Nejprve je v práci bakalářské pojednáno o historii tohoto institutu. Nadále bakalářská práce pojednává o pachtu z ryze obecného hlediska, přičemž vymezuje zvláštnosti pachtu zemědělského. Jde-li o hlavní téma bakalářské práce, kterým je pacht závodu, pak o tomto pojednává samostatně, podstatně podrobněji, jedna část bakalářská práce, ve které je pracováno i se srovnáním s předchozí právní úpravou věnující se nájmu podniku. Závěr je ponechán výhradně základním rozdílnostem úzce souvisejících institutů nájmu a pachtu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with a tenure, which was returned back to the rule of law by the law no.89/2012 of the civil code. Firt he thesis deals with history of the tenure. Than it describes tenure in general, and it defines specialty of the agricultural tenure. Dealing with the main topic Of the thesis, which is tenure of enterprise, there is a part focused on it in detail and it cona This contains the comparison of the older legislation of lease of enterprise. The conslusion is focused on basic differences between lease and tenure.
