Abstract:
Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je analýza migrace českých lékařů za prací. Práce je rozdělena na několik částí. Pomocí základních ukazatelů je ujasněno postavení českého zdravotnictví v rámci zemí OECD. Poté se práce věnuje tomu, co říká teorie o migraci vysoce kvalifikované pracovní síly, za kterou jsou lékaři považováni. The main aim of the work is analysis of labour migration of czech doctors.Work is divided to several parts. At first for clearing up the situation is czech health-care system compared with other OECD countries.
