Diplomová práce se věnuje zejména analýze právních aspektů rady kraje. Zaměřuje se na přiblížení institutu rady kraje v rámci krajského zřízení. Popisuje rovněž historický vývoj krajského zřízení na našem území od II. poloviny 18. století a podává právní rozbor nynější právní úpravy krajského zřízení. The thesis focuses on the analysis of the legal aspects of the Regional Council. It focuses on the approximation of the Regional Council within the regional system. It also describes the historical development of the regional system in our country from the mid 18th century and served a legal analysis of the current legislation of the regional system.
