Abstract:
Bakalářská práce s názvem „DNA“ se zabývá deoxyribonukleovou kyselinou (DNA) v kriminalistice. Nejdříve se popisuje, co to vůbec DNA je, z čeho se skládá a co se pomocí analýzy DNA dá zjistit. Avšak DNA se nepoužívá jen v kriminalistice, ale ve více oborech a tato práce ukazuje, kde všude ji najdeme a k čemu slouží. V soudnictví je velice důležitá, aby odhalila pachatele, popřípadě vraha. Bachelor thesis called "DNA" deals with deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) in criminology. First, it describes DNA is, by what is made of and what can be detected by DNA analysis. On the other hand, DNA is not only used in criminology, but in more specialization, and this work shows where we find it and what it is for.
