Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou institutu milosti presidenta České republiky. Je představena česká právní úprava a její stručné srovnání s vybranými cizozemskými právními úpravami. The Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of presidential pardon of the President of the Czech Republic. It introduces the Czech legal regulation and provides a brief comparison with selected foreign legal systems.
