The Forgotten Márquez at HaDivadlo

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zapomenutou inscenací HaDivadla Tklivý příběh o nevinné panně a její nesvědomité babičce z roku 1989. Inscenace hostujícího režiséra Jiřího Břenka vychází z jeho adaptace povídky Gabriela Garcíi Márqueze Neuvěřitelný a tklivý příběh o bezelstné Eréndiře a její ukrutné babičce. Práce je koncipovaná jako analýza adaptace a je rozdělena do tří kapitol: analýza Márquezovy povídky z hlediska magického realismu, analýza divadelní adaptace jako textu a analýza divadelní adaptace jako inscenace. Analýza adaptačních postupů a inscenačních prostředků umožňuje ukázat kvality této výtvarně pozoruhodně řešené inscenace a prezentovat ji jako dílo usilující o maximální vystižení podstaty Márquezovy povídky. Tato bakalářská práce je malým příspěvkem k nenapsané monografii o Jiřím Břenkovi.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the forgotten performance by HaDivadlo called Tklivý příběh o nevinné panně a její nesvědomité babičce from 1989. The performance by guest director Jiří Břenek is based on his adaptation of the story The Incredible and Sad Tale of Innocent Eréndira and Her Heartless Grandmother by Gabriel García Márquez. This thesis is conceived as an analysis and it is divided into three chapters: first, analysis of the story by Márquez from the point of view of magic realism, second, analysis of the theater adaptation as of a text and third, analysis of the theater adaptation as of a performance. The analysis of the adaptation processes and scenic means allows to show the qualities of this creatively impressively worked out performance and present it as an artwork which stands out for a maximal expression of the basics of the story by Márquez. This thesis is a little contribution to the unwritten monography about Jiří Břenek.
