Strategies of associations for treating the default rules of New Civil Code during the preparation of associations statutes
Abstract:
Práce sleduje, jak zakladatelé spolku při přípravě spolkových stanov zacházejí s dispozitivními ustanoveními nové právní úpravy obsažené v občanském zákoníku. Data získaná kódováním textů jednotlivých stanov jsou analyzována pomocí faktorové a seskupovací analýzy a rovněž jsou rozebírány popisné statistiky o těchto datech.
Abstract:
The author observes how the founders of the associations deal with defaults rules of the new legislation contained in the Czech Civil Code. Data obtained by coding the various statutes texts are analysed using factor analysis and clustering. Descriptive statistics of the data are used as well.
