Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro komerční činnost B & B s.r.o. která zahájuje novou divizi v Hulínské výrobě ocelových výrobků. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část teoretická, ve které jsou uvedeny klíčové pojmy. Druhá část praktická, která obsahuje základní informace o společnosti, vizi, poslání, dotazníku pro zákazníky, jakož i možnost a rozhovor s majitelem společnosti, který jednoznačně objasňuje důvody pro nový start. Třetí částí je Podnikatelský plán, který popisuje marketingovou strategii, rozdělení pracovních míst podle zkušeností a znalostí, finanční stránku, kde jsou kalkulovány fixní a variabilní náklady. Náklady na výrobu jednotlivých produktů a jejich následná prodejní hodnota s marží 35%. Uzavření této části je seznamem rizik, která mohou vzniknout v budoucnu.

Abstract:

The focus of the bachelor thesis is to create a Business Plan for B&B Commercial activity s.r.o. to launch a new division in Hulín's steel product manufacturing. Bakalar work is divided into three parts. The first part of the theoretician in which key terms are given. The second part of the practice, which includes basic information about the company, vision, mission, questionnaire for customers, as well as potential and conversation with the owner of the company, which clearly contains the reasons for the new start. The third part is the Business plan, which describes the Marketing Strategy, the division of working positions according to experience and knowledge, the financial page where the calculations of fixed and variable costs. The cost of producing individual products and their subsequent sales value with a margin of 35%. Closing this section is a register of risks that may arise in the future.
